An excerpt from a video of one of my routine hike and bike rides in one of San Diego's "natural" and "open space" parks, Tecolote Canyon. It is hard to believe that in the middle of San Diego's concrete jungle, its urban and suburban sprawl of over 3 million people, are wild places like this where you feel way out in the country or up in the mountains. In these places you can relax, refresh, meditate and pray quietly, and unwind.

A carol before Christmas Eve Midnight Mass then the Christmas Day Mass at Our Lady of the Rosary Italian Catholic Church in San Diego, California's Little Italy. Afterward, a quick look at part of the neighborhood. Buon Natale, paisani! Merry Christmas!
